CLEVELAND, Miss. — The Sebring All-Stars won the Florida Dixie Youth Baseball “O”Zone State Championship and earned an invitation to the Dixie Youth Baseball “O”Zone World Series held in Cleveland, Miss. After a great week of baseball, they were one of two teams remaining and played for the World Series Championship. They fell to Hope Mills with a score of 1-0, earning the title of Dixie Youth Baseball “O”Zone World Series 2012 Runner-Up.

“We, their families, are extremely proud of the dedication and heart they showed throughout this great summer of baseball,” said Michele Thomas, whose son Trevor (bottom row, second from right) and cousin Zachary Gopher (bottom row, second from left) played for the team.
