Ask anyone who has taken a water fitness class and he or she will tell you it’s a challenging workout in a cool, calm pool. “It seems easy, but it’s not,” said Tammy Osceola. “We are sweating under water,” added Amy Latchford. Water fitness is a good option for people of all fitness levels, provided they can swim.
