Inauguration, traditional clothing contest held at PECS

BRIGHTON — The Pemayetv Emahakv Charter School celebrated the inauguration of its student council followed by the school’s traditional clothing contest Sept. 27. Every grade level competed in colorful patchwork and traditional garb.
