(Courtesy photo/Hard Rock) Hard Rock International plans to break ground in 2026 on REVERB by Hard Rock, a hotel brand, at Maritime Park in Pensacola. According to a Hard Rock press release, REVERB is expected to open in 2029. The plans for the over 125-room hotel along Pensacola Bay include two restaurants, two bars, a fitness center, podcast recording studio for local creators and a conference space. According to the release, the project will generate more than 500 construction jobs and more than 75 permanent hospitality jobs. This will be the second planned REVERB hotel property in Florida and sixth overall. Other locations include Tampa, Hamburg, Kalamazoo, Scottsdale and Atlanta. “Hard Rock is thrilled to keep growing our REVERB hotel portfolio with what will be the second planned property in Florida, this time in the heart of Pensacola Bay.
