Festive booths packed the perimeter of the Big Cypress Rodeo Grounds on Oct. 29, and families buzzed from one to the next dressed in Halloween costumes. In celebration of the holiday, many of the Tribe’s departments set up spooky displays and fun activities, including a haunted house, bowling, face paint and a life-size, interactive board game. A costume contest, an egg toss and arm wrestling also ensued, while a variety of carnival rides whirled around outside.
