(file photo) HOLLYWOOD – The Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum will present an American Indigenous Arts Celebration (AIAC) Pop-Up on Oct. 30, 2023, at the Seminole Okalee Indian Village & Venue (3551 N State Road 7, Hollywood). The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free. The event will feature a wildlife show with an alligator and photo opportunities, dance performances by New Zealand’s HAKA Māori Cultural Experience, fry bread samples, basket weaving demonstrations and wood carving demonstrations. The event will welcome more than 380 school children as part of Native American Heritage Month. It is offers a preview of the AIAC just days before the official weekend event, Nov. 3 and Nov. 4 on the Big Cypress Reservation.
