Red Ribbon rolls into Big Cypress

BIG CYPRESS — Big Cypress sent a message as it held its Red Ribbon parade Nov. 6 on Josie Billie Highway.

Ahfachkee students gathered outside of the school to greet the 15 floats and catch candy tossed their way.

The theme of Red Ribbon 2019 is “Send a Message, Be Drug Free,” which was displayed on the floats made by Tribal departments.
