Museum to host artists event, holiday market Arts & Entertainment Community by From Press Release - December 14, 2022September 19, 2024 Notice: Undefined index: file in /home/myqu0xe86z4u/public_html/seminoletribune.org/wp-includes/media.php on line 1745 BIG CYPRESS – The Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum on the Big Cypress Reservation will host an artist meet and greet for its new exhibit, “The Art of Seminole Crafts,” on Dec. 16 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Visitors will have a chance to learn more about the artists, how they developed their talent and the inspiration behind their works on display. The exhibit will run until spring 2023. The meet and greet is included in the price of admission. In addition, the museum is hosting a holiday market on Dec. 16 and Dec. 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the museum’s festival grounds. Native arts, crafts, clothing, and jewelry will be for sale. Seminole food vendors will also be on site. Admission to the event is free.
